• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we ship sticker and small prints internationally. Larger items can be shipped to some countries.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are typically shipped within one week of ordering.
  Once shipped, most domestic orders take from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  Yes, we do! Please contact us to ask about custom orders.

• Do you do refunds/ returns/ exchanges?

  Returns/ Exchanges are not accepted.

  Refunds are only accepted if there is a significant issue with the product or is the order has not been shipped.
  Lost mail can be resent once if it was letter mail. Packages with tracking will not be replaced

• Can I cancel my order?

  You may only cancel your order if you have not received a shipping confirmation email.
  Otherwise, you will have to do a return.

• Do I get a tracking number?

  Small orders such as mini prints or stickers will not receive tracking.

  Sculptures, 17x11 prints, keychains, and other larger goods will include a tracking number.
  Orders of $50 or more will also receive tracking.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
